GoNorth is a Canadian temporary visa and immigration company headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, specialized in processes for Canada and the United States. Managed by immigrants, it offers personalized service in three languages and guides clients who wish to visit, study, work, invest, or immigrate, from planning to arrival in the new country.

The challenge

The challenge was to organize extensive and technical content about visas and immigration into a navigable experience, covering destinations, objectives, and the stages of the process, while translating the consultancy’s credibility to the digital environment in three languages.

The solution

We were responsible for the layout and development of the new website. The main deliverables were:

• Content by destination and objective, with dedicated pages for Canada, the United States, Australia, and Portugal, and for the paths of visiting, studying, working, investing, and immigrating;
• FAQ hub, with frequently asked questions and a glossary of the main immigration terms and processes, such as Express Entry, PGWP, and LMIA;
• Process guidance, with the planning, documents, arrival, and post-arrival stages clearly presented to the client;
• Social proof, with testimonials from clients approved in visa and residency processes; and
• Multilingual service, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, with an integrated contact form for lead capture.

The results

Since its launch, the website has remained online as GoNorth’s gateway, with the content by destination, the FAQ hub, and the testimonials in continuous operation. The material is updated by the team itself, keeping the information aligned with current immigration rules.
