This Privacy Policy clearly and accessibly explains how UON.dev collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data on its website and through its customer service channels.

Privacy and the protection of personal data are important to us. We therefore seek to process your information transparently, securely, and in compliance with applicable law, especially the Brazilian General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Federal Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Who we are

UON DESIGN E TECNOLOGIA LTDA., registered with the CNPJ under No. 14.568.022/0001-67 and headquartered at Avenida Angélica, No. 1814, Santa Cecília, São Paulo/SP, ZIP Code 01228-902, hereinafter referred to as UON.dev, is responsible for decisions regarding the processing of personal data described in this Policy and acts as the data controller, where applicable.

2. Who this Policy applies to

This Policy applies to individuals who:

access the uon.dev website or other pages managed by UON.dev;
complete forms or request contact, quotes, support, or information;
purchase or express an interest in our products and services;
interact with UON.dev by email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media, or other digital channels;
receive communications from UON.dev, where permitted by law.

By interacting with our channels, you acknowledge that you have had access to the information in this Policy. This does not mean that all data processing depends on your consent, as the LGPD provides different legal grounds for different purposes.

3. Personal data we may collect

The data collected varies depending on how you interact with us.

3.1. Data you provide

We may collect:

full name;
email address;
telephone and WhatsApp number;
company name, job title, and other professional information, when provided;
the content of messages, requests, and information submitted voluntarily;
information required to prepare proposals, enter into agreements, provide services, and offer support.

We recommend that you do not submit sensitive personal data, such as health information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political opinions, unless strictly necessary and previously requested by UON.dev.

3.2. Data collected while browsing

When you access our pages, we may automatically collect:

IP address;
date and time of access;
pages visited and interactions performed;
referring page address and URL information;
connection, network, and internet service provider information;
browser type and version;
operating system, device model, and device characteristics;
device and advertising identifiers;
cookies and similar technologies;
website performance, error, and security data.

This information may be associated with identifiers and, depending on the context, may be considered personal data under the LGPD.

3.3. Data received from third parties

We may also receive information through advertising, analytics, social media, or messaging platforms when you interact with UON.dev campaigns, advertisements, forms, profiles, or channels on those platforms.

Processing carried out directly by these third parties is also subject to their respective privacy policies.

4. How we collect personal data

Data may be collected:

directly from you through forms, messages, and requests;
automatically through cookies, access logs, and similar technologies;
through third-party platforms, such as social media and advertising and analytics tools;
during the contracting, performance, and support of services provided by UON.dev.

When you first access the website, you may configure your preferences regarding non-essential cookies. Forms will provide relevant information about the processing, and where consent is the applicable legal ground, it will be requested specifically.

5. Forms, email, and WhatsApp

Data submitted through the website forms is sent to contato@uon.dev, where it is accessed by authorized members of the UON.dev team. This data is not currently sent to a CRM platform.

The WhatsApp button available on the website functions as a redirect link. When you click it, you will be directed to the WhatsApp application or web version. UON.dev will only have access to the information you choose to submit during the conversation, such as your name, telephone number, and message content.

Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

6. How we use personal data

We may use personal data to:

respond to questions, requests, and contact inquiries;
prepare proposals, quotes, and assessments;
carry out preliminary procedures related to a potential agreement;
provide, manage, maintain, and support contracted products and services;
send operational, administrative, and service-related communications;
contact you by telephone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels you provide;
personalize and improve your experience across our channels;
measure website audience, performance, and use;
conduct research, studies, statistics, and analyses related to our services;
prevent fraud, abuse, incidents, and technical or security issues;
promote products, services, content, news, and opportunities from UON.dev or its partners, where permitted by law;
measure campaigns and display advertising on our channels or third-party platforms according to your preferences;
exercise or defend rights in judicial, administrative, or arbitration proceedings;
comply with legal and regulatory obligations or orders from competent authorities;
respond to requests concerning data subject rights.

The promotion of partner products or services does not, by itself, mean that your personal data will be shared with those partners. Where sharing is necessary, you will be informed and an appropriate legal ground will be used.

We will not use data for purposes incompatible with those disclosed, unless authorized by law or after providing a new notice to the data subject, as required by applicable law.

7. Legal grounds used

UON.dev may process personal data based on different legal grounds provided for under the LGPD, depending on the purpose and context, including:

the data subject’s consent;
performance of an agreement or preliminary procedures related to an agreement;
compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation;
exercise or defense of rights;
legitimate interests of UON.dev or third parties, after assessing necessity, proportionality, and the impact on the data subject’s rights;
other circumstances provided for by law.

When processing is based on legitimate interests, we will consider the legitimate purpose, the necessity of the processing, the data subject’s reasonable expectations, and the safeguards adopted.

When processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it free of charge and through an easy process. Withdrawal does not invalidate processing previously carried out lawfully and does not affect processing based on other legal grounds.

8. Infrastructure, tools, and service providers

The UON.dev website uses Cloudflare infrastructure, including Cloudflare Workers, to deliver the website and support its performance, security, and the technical processing of requests made through it.

We may also use:

AdOpt: management of cookie preferences and consent records;
Google Analytics: audience, browsing, and performance analytics;
Google Ads: conversion measurement, advertising, and audience creation;
Meta Ads: action measurement, advertising, and audience creation on Meta platforms;
Microsoft Clarity: browsing analytics, heatmaps, and interaction recordings;
Microsoft Advertising and Bing-related features: campaign measurement, advertising, and personalization;
Zoho (corporate email provider): receipt, storage, and management of messages sent to UON.dev email addresses.

These tools may collect identifiers, device information, browsing data, conversion events, and website interactions.

Depending on the service used, a third party may act as a processor for UON.dev or as an independent controller, in accordance with its own responsibilities, terms, and privacy policies.

The current list of active cookies, providers, purposes, and retention periods must remain available in the website’s cookie preferences panel.

We may share personal data, on a limited basis and in a manner consistent with the purposes of this Policy, with:

hosting, infrastructure, security, and technical support providers;
email, customer service, automation, and messaging providers;
analytics, advertising, and social media platforms;
professionals and companies engaged to support the delivery of our services;
business partners, when sharing is necessary for a previously disclosed purpose;
public authorities, regulatory bodies, or third parties, to comply with a legal obligation or valid order or to exercise or defend rights;
third parties involved in a potential corporate reorganization, acquisition, merger, or similar transaction, subject to applicable legal safeguards.

UON.dev does not sell personal data. Any sharing must be limited to the information necessary for each purpose and comply with confidentiality, security, and data protection obligations.

10. International data transfers

Some providers used by UON.dev, such as Cloudflare, Google, Meta, and Microsoft, maintain infrastructure and operations in different countries. As a result, certain technical data, identifiers, browsing information, or communications-related data may be processed outside Brazil.

Where an international transfer occurs, UON.dev will seek to use providers that adopt security measures and mechanisms compatible with the LGPD and the regulations of the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority — ANPD.

Additional information about these operations may be requested through the privacy channel specified in this Policy. Specific details about each provider can also be found in their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Data retention and deletion

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes disclosed in this Policy.

Data submitted by individuals who contact us but do not enter into a contractual relationship with UON.dev will be retained for up to 3 (three) months from the date of the last contact. After this period, it will be deleted unless there is a new interaction, valid consent for another purpose, or another legitimate reason permitted by law for its retention.

Where an agreement is entered into, data may be retained during the delivery of the services and, after their completion, for the periods necessary to:

comply with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting obligations;
safeguard the exercise or defense of rights;
prevent fraud and incidents;
comply with statutory limitation periods and other circumstances provided for by law.

Consent and cookie preference records may be retained for the period necessary to demonstrate compliance with legal obligations and honor the user’s choices.

When processing ends, data will be deleted or anonymized, within technical and legal limits, unless its retention is permitted or required by law.

12. Data subject rights

Under the LGPD, you may request, as applicable:

confirmation that processing exists;
access to personal data;
correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data that is unnecessary, excessive, or processed in violation of the law;
data portability, subject to applicable regulations and trade and industrial secrets;
deletion of data processed based on consent, except where retention is permitted by law;
information about the public and private entities with which data has been shared;
information about the possibility of withholding consent and the consequences of doing so;
withdrawal of consent;
objection to processing carried out in violation of the LGPD;
review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing that affect your interests;
information about the criteria and procedures used in automated decisions, subject to trade and industrial secrets;
the right to lodge a petition with the ANPD and, where applicable, consumer protection authorities.

We may request additional information to confirm your identity and protect your data against unauthorized access or fraud. Requests will be answered within the periods established by law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the factual or legal reasons preventing us from taking the requested action.

Exercising these rights is free of charge, unless otherwise provided by law.

Cookies are small files stored on the device used to access a website. They make it possible to remember preferences, maintain functionality, assess performance, protect the environment, and, where authorized, personalize content and advertisements.

UON.dev uses AdOpt to manage cookie preferences.

13.1. Necessary cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation and security of the website and for providing requested features. When strictly necessary, they do not require consent and remain active for as long as they are essential to browsing or the service.

13.2. Functional cookies

These cookies remember preferences and provide additional features, such as language, privacy settings, and form completion. Disabling them may reduce some functionality but should not prevent access to the website’s essential features.

13.3. Analytics or performance cookies

These cookies help us understand how the website is used, which pages are visited most often, where visits originate, whether errors occur, and the website’s overall performance.

13.4. Marketing or advertising cookies

13.5. Managing preferences

Analytics, non-essential functional, and advertising cookies remain disabled until you make a choice in the consent panel.

The cookie panel allows you to:

reject all non-essential cookies;
select specific categories;
review information about purposes, providers, and duration;
change your choices or withdraw consent later.

Rejecting non-essential cookies does not prevent the use of the website’s essential features.

14. Data security

UON.dev adopts technical and administrative measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks involved, seeking to protect information against unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, communication, or disclosure.

These measures may include access controls, authentication, activity logs, updates, backups, monitoring, and the selection of providers committed to data protection.

Although we make reasonable security efforts, no physical or digital environment is entirely immune to incidents. If an incident occurs that may pose a relevant risk or cause significant harm to data subjects, UON.dev will take the measures required by law, including any applicable notifications to the ANPD and affected data subjects.

15. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to our services, the technologies used, our processing practices, or applicable law.

The latest version will be available through our channels and will indicate the revision date. Where a material change affects data processing, we will take appropriate steps to inform data subjects.

If a new purpose or practice depends on consent, we will request a new expression of consent before beginning the relevant processing.

Consent is only one of the legal grounds provided for under the LGPD.

Where it is required, UON.dev will provide clear information about the purpose of the processing and allow you to make a free and specific choice.

When you select options in the cookie panel, your consent will be limited to the categories selected. Clicking “Accept” in the cookie manager does not constitute general authorization for all processing described in this Policy.

You may change your preferences or withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, through the mechanisms available on the website or through the privacy channel.
