Milaré Advogados is a pioneer in environmental law in Brazil and has been providing legal and technical services for over two decades to a wide range of economic sectors, reconciling clients’ interests with the environmental protection and compensation instruments established by law and enabling business continuity without compromising sustainability principles.

The challenge

The challenge was to translate decades of authority into a digital structure that matched the firm’s pioneering role, organizing history, academic credentials, books, publications, and news into clear navigation, without diluting the environmental positioning that defines the brand.

The solution

Missemota created the project’s visual identity. We were responsible for the layout and development of the new website. The main deliverables were:

• Complete institutional structure, with the history of the firm that pioneered environmental law in Brazil and its two decades of practice;
• Partner and lawyer profiles, with individual pages highlighting credentials, from the Master’s and Doctorate degrees from PUC/SP to the trajectory of founding partner Édis Milaré as creator of the Environmental Prosecutors Office Coordination at the São Paulo State Public Prosecutor’s Office;
• Publications library, gathering the firm’s books and technical production;
• Active editorial, with news, articles, and commentary on legal and administrative decisions in the environmental field; and
• Multilingual support in Portuguese (main language), English, and Spanish.

The results

Since its launch, the website has remained online as the firm’s institutional reference, with an active editorial and a publications library in constant expansion. The content is maintained by the team itself, including milestones such as the firm’s nomination to BRALLAW 2026 in the Environmental category.
